So it begins...
Green chile from New Mexico is the most powerful substance ever.
If you don't know what I mean when I say that, then you are missing out!
I wrote a little poem about green chile:
Green or Red, doesn't really matter
Green is best when you want it hotter
Red with enchi's and maybe some eggs
nothing could be better
the reason is simple
the land of enchantment
chile is the best
morning, noon and night...
I know the poem isn't that good... but green chile from Hatch New Mexico... that's the best.
